Invoicing – an important channel to customer
For the end user, the appearance, layout and content of the invoice can be crucial for choosing power supplier.
eRate collects all cost lines in one single invoice; fixed costs, running costs, partial payments, third party products and credits. Everything is visible on the customer card and in the customer ledger. Our customers create their own invoice design and layout. eRate distributes invoices on paper (through print provider), via email from our system or electronically as e2b or B2B formats.
Invoice notification results in more satisfied customers
Expensive invoices annoy customers, especially when the amount arrives unannounced on an invoice in the mailbox. eRate invoice notification can send the customer a usage notification well before the invoice is produced so that customers are not adversely surprised.
Billing and invoice format
Divide your customer base and bill them at different times and with different formats. For example, divide customers into two groups for billing every 14 days to improve cash flow. The invoice format can also differentiate between different customer groups. All in all, this improves customer service when customers are able to receive an invoice in accordance with their desired frequency (monthly/quarterly/bi-annually) and format (email/paper).
