My Page and Mobile App
eRate offers solutions for My Page and Mobile App. The functionality is the same in both solutions, but the content is adapted to the different formats. Web solutions are set up with a responsive design so that the page auto-adapts to different screen sizes.
Via My Page, customers can update their contact details, see real-time usage and get a complete overview of all their invoices. They can manage their subscriptions by ordering or terminating products and services, seeing the total usage and downloading it as a PDF or Excel file. All information presented in our web solutions is also available through APIs.
eRate offers a solution for Mobile App, which adapts our customers’ look and feel with the same functions as for My Page. APIs are available for using third party Apps.
