Traditional and differentiated mobile services
All you need is a basic setup to be able to offer traditional mobile services to businesses or end customers. In addition to our basic setup, eRate provides a number of services that our partners can bundle to differentiate themselves in the market. We offer a state-of-the-art and highly flexible platform. It is set up to design subscriptions based on your wishes as a mobile operator. Our project management team ensures that our partners receive the mobile services they want – on time.

Customised mobile subscriptions
eRate is a sparring partner that helps our partners create customised mobile subscriptions and a subscription portfolio targeted at the desired segment, which in turn increases the competitiveness of our mobile operators. Examples of customisations include “roll over data”, promotions, discounts or bundling with other services or products.

eRate offers a wealth of mobile services
We can also provide services such as parental controls, the option to purchase additional data packages, secret numbers, service blocking, voicemail and postponement of invoices, as well as special services designed by our partners.

Billing and rating
eRate purchases mobile traffic through Telenor. Our billing and rating platform makes it possible to invoice both mobile traffic and additional mobile services. If you want to include other services as part of a subscription, eRate will organise them for you on the same platform. This allows our partners to offer the market a more innovative service, while the end customer still receives only one invoice.

Invoice and invoice distribution
We make sure we invoice your end customers at the agreed time and according to the desired frequency. eRate has integrations with invoice distributors, and we can offer our mobile operators all the usual forms of invoice distribution available in Norway, such as eInvoices, EHF invoices, Digipost etc. eRate can export the data directly to your accounting systems, or in a report, depending on your preference as a mobile operator. Then, you follow up your accounts internally.

Sales support along your value chain
eRate enables our mobile operators to sell subscriptions, activate and send out SIM cards in their own value chain. eRate handles the SIM cards and can also distribute them to your customers.

For the retail market, it is common to integrate SignUp on the mobile operator’s own website, while for the business market, we help set up a “point of sale” portal. We also do this in cases where eRate’s partner has a distribution channel that conducts sales for the mobile operator.

Automatic customer address and credit check
eRate facilitates look-ups against public registers and data sources to obtain updated and correct information about the end customer, whether they are a commercial enterprise or a private individual. Customer address and credit checks are performed automatically, and pre-completed data on the mobile operator’s website speeds up the customer sign-up process.

Self-administration solutions
eRate offers our mobile operators administration solutions, so you don’t have to spend time and money developing them yourself. Our “My Page” and “My Business” solutions are tailored to the mobile operator’s desired profile and branding. Behind the scenes, several automated processes and integrations perform otherwise time-consuming and complex tasks.

The self-administration solution allows end customers to manage their own subscriptions and add or remove services, as well as see usage data, archived invoices, available services, data packages, SIM card details, etc. End customers can also update their customer profile if needed.

“My Page” can be delivered as an app or using an API to integrate the solution with whatever systems our mobile operators choose.

eRate business communication solution
If you are interested in selling to the business segment, eRate offers a mobile business communication solution. The service has standard functionality in line with other mobile operators that serve the business market. Our business communication solution includes an administration portal for our partner and for their corporate customers, a switchboard, groups and queuing, mobile group numbers, main number, real-time status, call transfer, calendar integration, an user app with log-in and log-out and call centre functionality.
