eRate’s business communication solution contains all necessary functions, such as an administration portal for our partners and their end customer, a switchboard, groups and queuing, mobile group numbers, main number, real-time status, calendar integration, an user app, call centre functionality, etc. All portals, softphones and apps are supplied with the operator’s own branding.

My Business – the administration portal

eRate offers customers an administration portal called “My Business”, where the company can manage its subscription portfolio and services, as well as analyse costs and create usage reports. Each company can set up new subscriptions and delete subscriptions in its portfolio.
