eRate supplies complete solutions for mobile operators and then manages the entire operation on their behalf. We take responsibility for day-to-day operation and portals throughout the value chain. All eRate’s partners have to do is take care of marketing, sales and customer service.

eRate’s partners own the end customer

The end customer is owned by the partner, who buys mobile services from eRate. Because our partners “own” their mobile phone customers 100 per cent, it is they who handle all communications with them. Our partner decides which products and services they wish to offer the market and are responsible for their own profitability.

All you have to do as a mobile operator

eRate’s partners build their own brand in the market and acquire their own customer base through their own sales channels. They take care of communications with the end customer, marketing, sales and customer service.
