We tailor our My Page, either online or as an app, and our My Business solutions to our partners’ desired image and branding. Behind the scenes, several automated processes and integrations perform otherwise time-consuming and complex tasks.

Online customer registration

eRate facilitates look-ups against public registers and data sources to obtain updated and correct information about the end customer, whether they are a commercial enterprise or a private individual. Customer address and credit checks are performed automatically, and pre-completed data on the mobile operator’s website speeds up the customer sign-up process.

Customers want self-administration

Availability, insight and functionality are all important factors for end customers. eRate’s My Page solution can be delivered as an app or using an API to integrate the solution with whatever systems our partners choose. End customers can check their consumption, previous invoices, available services, subscriptions, data packs, SIM card details, etc. And they can update their customer profile whenever they need to. eRate can also make a host of other services available, such as parent notification, changing to a new subscription, purchasing data packs, opting for “number withheld”, blocking services, voicemail, administration of SIM cards or postponement of payment, as well as other services the partner has developed themselves.

Clear overview with My Business

The My Business page provides a clear overview and plenty of opportunities for self-administration of the company’s subscription portfolio. Companies can use the page to order SIM cards or add/remove subscriptions or services, monitor invoices, structure their invoices, etc.
